R3’s VIP Preferred Hotel Room Details and Perks

Not any room will do for our VIP guests! Since our conference is being held at the Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort we’ve been able to secure an exclusive room block of Preferred rooms valued at nearly $300 a night!

The room included in the VIP ticket for Wednesday (28th) and Thursday (29th) nights are Preferred rooms in the Casitas buildings of the resort, right next to the conference center. Each of these rooms has 2 queen beds and 1 bathroom. King beds may be requested from Disney if you’d like, but only 10% of all the rooms in the resort have king beds, so that request is not guaranteed to be honored.

Our host resort, Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, is right in the heart of Walt Disney World®. This beautiful resort is one of our personal favorites, and the rate we have negotiated can’t be beaten!

There are many benefits to staying here:

Amenities: Relax in the Lost City of Cibola Pool or take a dip in the other 3 leisure pools. Socialize with the campfire activities, movies under the stars, La Vida Health Club with Spa or at any of the 8 restaurants including Toledo and 3 Bridges Bar and Grill.

Proximity: Central Florida is a very busy place, and traffic is an issue nearly any time of day. So being on-property you won’t have to worry about dealing with traffic driving to and from the conference every day.

Convenience: When you stay at a Disney resort, they provide complimentary transportation to and from the airport, and to and from all of the Walt Disney World® parks.

Savings: Parking at the Walt Disney World® parks is usually $25 per day, but as a guest of the resort your parking will be complimentary at the parks.

Extend work into a personal vacation!

All of our VIP attendees will have the option to purchase (directly from Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort) additional nights before and/or after the conference. These nights are highly discounted at $159/night + taxes and fees. That’s a savings of almost $125/night!

The resort is already selling out due to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge opening on August 29, so there’s a good chance all the resorts about Walt Disney World will be booked. We highly recommend getting your ticket and requesting your room as early as possible, because they are booked on a first come, first served basis.

Once you purchase your VIP ticket we’ll send you instructions on how to request your additional nights!
